Quotes and orders
Project quotes are prepared on request and are not automatic orders. Product selection, colour, quantity, pricing and lead time are confirmed in writing before production begins.
Confirmed orders are subject to availability and agreed lead times. Payment terms and order confirmation details will be specified in the project quote.
Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in the currency and terms stated on the project quote. Production begins only after written approval and payment confirmation as agreed.
Delivery
Delivery terms, lead times and shipping arrangements will be confirmed in the project quote and order confirmation. Full delivery provisions will be published in the complete terms of sale.
Sample boxes
Sample box purchases are creditable against eligible project orders within six months, as described on the Partner Program page.
Returns and warranty
Returns, defects and warranty provisions will be described in the full terms of sale and product documentation.
